Every year, the Georgia Council on Aging (GCOA) invites community leaders, organizations, and advocates across the state to participate in Engage with CO-AGE — a unique opportunity to bring vital information directly to Georgia’s seniors.
From April 14 to June 27, we are looking for passionate hosts to organize events that inform older adults about how they can get involved in the legislative process and stay updated on issues that directly affect them, including healthcare, housing, safety, and elder rights.

Hosting is easy and incredibly rewarding! GCOA provides everything you need, including presentation materials, scripts, and technical support, so no prior legislative experience is required.
These events connect seniors with updates from the Council on Aging and the Coalition of Advocates for Georgia’s Elderly (CO-AGE), and offer a valuable space for discussion about recent legislative outcomes and ongoing advocacy efforts.
Ready to Host?
Simply provide:
Your preferred event date (between April 14 and June 27)
Time and location of the event
Expected number of attendees
Speaker details (or let us know if you'd like help securing one)
Equipment available (projector, laptop, screen, speakers)
Whether your event is public or private
Why Host?
Your partnership helps amplify the voices of older Georgians, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to advocate for themselves and their communities.
